On December 16, 2006, Pope Benedict XVI appointed Archbishop Thomas Collins, then serving as the Archbishop of Edmonton, as the 10th Archbishop of Toronto, succeeding Cardinal Aloysius Ambrozic. Archbishop Collins would be officially installed on January 30, 2007 at St. Michael’s Cathedral Basilica in Toronto.

As we approach the 15th anniversary of his installation, we pray for His Eminence and give thanks for his leadership, guidance and prayerful support of the faithful of the archdiocese.
